OpenAI si prepara a portare l’intelligenza artificiale per la programmazione anche nel mondo hardware. L’azienda ha mostrato un breve teaser relativo a un dispositivo pensato per Codex, il suo strumento AI dedicato al coding, realizzato in collaborazione con Work Louder, società nota per tastiere meccaniche e macro pad personalizzabili.
Secondo quanto emerso, il prodotto dovrebbe essere presentato il 15 luglio e potrebbe offrire scorciatoie fisiche per velocizzare il lavoro degli sviluppatori. Il progetto non sarebbe collegato al più ampio dispositivo AI che OpenAI sta sviluppando con Jony Ive, ma rappresenta comunque un segnale dell’interesse dell’azienda verso strumenti fisici integrati con i propri software.
Il lancio potrebbe aprire una nuova fase nell’uso quotidiano degli assistenti AI da parte dei programmatori.
